How many guests can Villa Terra Creta accommodate?

Villa Terra Creta accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 en-suite bedrooms. An independent studio is also available upon request.

Is the villa available all year round?

Yes, the villa operates year-round and is fully equipped for both summer and winter stays, including underfloor heating and fireplaces.

What is included in the rental rate?

The rental rate includes daily housekeeping (except Sundays and holidays), daily towel change, linen change twice weekly, welcome hamper, utilities, pool and garden maintenance, and concierge services.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance and a €5,000 refundable security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival. All payments are non-refundable. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Is the villa suitable for families with children?

Yes, the villa is family-friendly and offers amenities such as a baby cot, high chair, children’s books and toys, and a playground.

Does the villa have a private pool?

Yes, Villa Terra Creta features a large heated infinity pool and a Jacuzzi hot tub, both with panoramic sea views.

Is pool heating available?

Yes, pool heating is available for an additional fee per week.

What wellness facilities are available?

The villa offers a spa suite with an indoor plunge pool, sauna, hammam, massage bed, and a fully equipped gym.

Are chef or catering services available?

Yes, private chef and cook services are available upon request for an additional charge.

Is airport transfer included in the rate?

Airport transfers are not included but can be arranged through our concierge service at an extra cost.

Is there Wi-Fi throughout the property?

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire villa, including outdoor spaces.

Do you offer housekeeping and laundry services?

Daily housekeeping is included. Laundry and ironing services are available upon request for an extra fee.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited.

Are pets allowed at Villa Terra Creta?

Yes, pets are allowed upon request and at no additional charge, provided they are house-trained and well-behaved.

Can the villa host events or weddings?

Yes, small-scale events such as intimate weddings or retreats are allowed with prior written approval. Additional fees or permits may apply.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to check feasibility.

How will we receive the keys upon arrival?

Our team will personally welcome you on arrival and provide a tour of the property. Key handover and any instructions will be given in person.

Is the villa self-catering?

Yes, Villa Terra Creta is a self-catering property. However, we offer grocery pre-stocking and private chef services upon request.

Is grocery pre-stocking available?

Yes, we offer a pre-stocking service for an additional fee of €50. We’ll have your selected groceries ready at the villa upon arrival.

Do you provide toiletries and cleaning products?

Yes, we provide high-quality toiletries, organic baby products, cleaning supplies, and all necessary household items.

Is the villa suitable for elderly guests or guests with mobility challenges?

While the villa is spacious and offers some ground-floor access, it is built across multiple levels. Please contact us to assess individual needs before booking.

Is there an elevator in the villa?

No, there is no elevator. Internal and external stairs connect different levels of the property.

Does the villa offer work-friendly spaces or Wi-Fi for remote work?

Yes, the villa has a dedicated office area, strong high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and quiet corners for working or online meetings.

Can Villa Terra Creta host business retreats or team offsites?

Absolutely. The villa is ideal for small corporate retreats and team-building experiences, offering privacy, comfort, and inspiring surroundings.

Can we store luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We are happy to help with luggage storage depending on the schedule of arriving or departing guests. Please inquire in advance.

Do you assist with planning local activities and excursions?

Yes, our concierge team can help you plan everything from private yacht charters to winery tours, hiking trips, and cultural experiences.

Is the property secure?

Yes, the villa has a gated entrance, outdoor CCTV, alarm system, and safe deposit boxes in every bedroom.

Are there staff members present during the stay?

While the property is offered with full privacy, staff and service providers may visit as needed for maintenance or guest services, always with prior notice.

Can I hold a photo shoot or commercial filming at the villa?

Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval and may be subject to additional fees or contracts.
